ZETTLER FIND terms of use

Provisional draft · beta version pending legal review.

Version 2026-10-beta1

To use ZETTLER FIND you must read and accept these terms. A record of your acceptance is kept (date, version and connection data).

1. What ZETTLER FIND is

ZETTLER FIND is an AI-based technical assistant, currently in beta, that answers questions from the technical documentation of ZETTLER products and proposes changes to Consys programming projects.

The service is provided by [SERVICE PROVIDER — to be defined].

2. A support tool

Answers and proposals are for guidance only and may contain errors or omissions. They do not replace the manufacturer's official documentation, applicable standards (for example EN 54 and national fire protection regulations), the official tools (MZXConsys, MZX Checker, ZETTLER DESIGNER) or the judgement of a qualified professional.

Users must verify any information before using it in an installation.

3. AI-generated Consys programming

Programming files generated or modified on the website are not final. Before loading them into a panel, the user undertakes to review them in MZXConsys, check them with MZX Checker and test every cause and effect on site before commissioning.

The decision to load a file into a panel, and its outcome, are the sole responsibility of the user and of the installation or maintenance company.

4. Authorised users

The service is intended for fire protection professionals approved by an administrator. Accounts are personal and non-transferable: do not share your credentials.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, try to access other users' data, bypass limits or security measures, or upload third-party files without their permission.

Daily usage limits and access may be changed or withdrawn at any time, especially during the beta.

6. Projects and confidentiality

Projects you upload are visible only to you, and to the service administrators when needed for support or security. They are stored on servers in the European Union and deleted when you delete your account.

7. Personal data

Your data is processed under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to provide the service, monitor its use and prove acceptance of these terms. [Privacy policy — to be written].

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service provider is not liable for damage arising from the use of answers or generated files without the review and verification described in these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Intellectual property

ZETTLER, Consys, MZXConsys and MZX Checker are trademarks or products of their respective owners. Technical documentation belongs to its authors.

10. Changes and governing law

These terms may change; when they do, the website will ask you to accept them again. Governing law and jurisdiction: [pending legal review].
